Commercial

Established in 1961 to service the material needs of Saudi Aramco, the commercial
division is today, one of the top three vendors to Saudi enterprises and the premier
trading arm of the Group. Over the years, its successful business relationships have
matured into several independent manufacturing enterprises. Besides remaining the
hub of the Groups business activities, the Division has also been the spring board
of its growth.

   Having   weathered   the   many UPS and
  downs of  the  Saudi business scene,  the
  division  has  emerged  as  a  flexible and
  dynamic entity.Its rich base of experience
  and  expertise   allows  it  to sell products
  manufactured   by   over   100  principals
  worldwide.

  To  dedicate  resource,  the  Division  has
  divided  its activities into two areas; 

TRADING-Its focus is a customer base  spanning  the   multifarious needs of the Oil,
Gas  and  Petrochemical   industries,  Power  Utilities,  Water,  construction and  the
Beverage Industry. The Trading  group  operates  from  its Head Office  at  Al-Khobar
and Branch  offices  in Yanbu,  Jeddah, Riyadh, and  Jubail, thus  ensuring coverage
of  both  the  Oil and Industrial  hubs  of  the  country. Some  of  the major products
related  to   these  group  are:   Rotating   Equipment,  Thermal  Transfer Equipment,
Valves  and  Tubular,  Electrical  Products and Aviation Equipment.

WAREHOUSING - With close cooperation for Flowserve - The  manufacturers  of
Byron Jockson,  Durco,  Stork,  ACEC,  United  Centrifugal  and  Wilson  -  Snyder
pumps  and  BW  mechanical  seals,  this   group   operates  a  large computer aided
warehouse  of  spare  parts  for  its  key  equipment  users  like  Saudi  Aramco and
Petrochemical Industries.

In addition,the Division has many agreements to warehouse products exclusively for
the use of Saudi Aramco.

The commercial Division remains ready to seize new opportunities and exploit them
to provide not only service to its customers, but also to bring benefits to its partners.
